Our Mission
Family Foundation Initiatives, PLLC is a therapeutic group practice dedicated to building healthy communities, strong families, and resilient individuals. This is accomplished by providing quality clinical services, workshops, and other endeavors that create a safe environment for the healing process to occur. Family Foundations is committed to making our services available to all people without regard for race, gender, sexuality, religion, or ability. We take great pleasure in making this offering available to communities who have historically been less likely to access services; this includes communities of color and communities of faith.

We do this, together, one step at a time.

Lexi Onuoha, LMSW
Supervised by Onyi Oriji-Dor, LCSW-S
License # 60917
Licensed Therapist
As a clinician, Lexi enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and families. She supports individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, crisis, and difficulties adjusting to life changes. Lexi believes that while it is not our fault when we are hurt, healing is possible-and taking that step is an act of strength. Her goal is to help clients see themselves not as victims of their experiences, but as survivors with the ability to grow and reclaim their lives. Having been in therapy for much of her own life, Lexi deeply understands the impact of feeling seen and supported, and her passion is to offer that same care, understanding, and hope to those she works with.
